ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:
One of my greatest achievements was bringing a young singer from Argentina—Justo Lamas—and creating a concert for Spanish students that gained popularity across the country. I contributed the knowledge of what Spanish teachers needed to inspire their students to learn more Spanish and respect the people and culture. He contributed the talent, personality, musical genius. He is now a TV personality in Buenos Aires. Do a search for En el lugar Justo
PUBLICATIONS:

El “Rock” de las Capitales –teaches countries and capitals to “music.”
Many other language teaching materials to support interactive student involvement in the learning process.
METHODOLOGY: (Can be modified for on-line classes using my PPT programs.)
I believe in teaching language with interactive lessons. I “Build an Artificial Reality” to make communication the vehicle for the learning process rather than something to practice later. Example: By forming groups and giving each group the flag of a different nation, we are able to talk about where people are from, what language they speak, what they eat, where they work, etc. The students become the characters in their different countries. By so doing, they can absorb the subject pronouns, the forms of the verb to be, other verb forms and meanings without even realizing what is happening to their brains, imitating first language acquisition.
The greatest honor I have received was given to me by a student who said:
By the time we have to LEARN something, we already KNOW it.
The most powerful way to learn a language is NOT: Grammar then Communication
But rather: Communication then Gentle Grammar
